Manifesto · v1.0

The human
is the brand.

Why we're building a marketing partner that refuses to write for you — and why that's the entire point.

Most software promises to do things for you. Maria is different. She refuses to write your posts. She refuses to invent your opinions. She refuses to pretend to be you on the internet. Everything she does is in service of one outcome: you, sharper, more consistent, more recognisably yourself online.

This is the pact. You bring the experience, the taste, the half-formed opinions, the unfinished stories. She brings structure, memory, pattern recognition, and the relentless cadence of a senior strategist who actually cares.

"The goal is not AI-generated content.
The goal is building a real voice people trust."— First line in the founding document

For two years the internet has been getting flooded with content that sounds the same. Same hooks. Same lists. Same em dashes in the same places. Same flattering self-portrait of the same imaginary expert.

This wasn't a failure of AI. The models work fine. It was a failure ofpositioning. We built tools that automated the cheapest part of marketing — the typing — and skipped the part that actually mattered: the thinking that made any of it worth reading.

The result is a feed where every founder, every consultant, every coach, every creator sounds like a slightly less interesting version of themselves. Personal brands that aren't personal. Voices that aren't voices.

We don't have a content problem. We have a strategy vacuum filled with generated copy.

Maria is what happens when you put the strategist back in the loop and let the AI handle the parts strategists never enjoyed: remembering everything, noticing patterns, tracking trends, holding the line on cadence.

She runs three rituals. Discovery, once — to learn who you actually are. A daily voice sync, four minutes — to turn what happened today into content material. Strategic guidance, continuous — ideas, trends, pillars, accountability. She'll draft if you ask. She won't post. She won't pretend.

That's it. No content factory. No template library. No "generate 30 posts in 30 seconds." We could build those features in a weekend. We won't, because they'd be working against you.

Personal brands are built by humans with something to say.The technology should sharpen what you already think — not invent thinking on your behalf.

Consistency beats brilliance. Three posts a week for a year will compound past any one viral hit. Maria is designed for the long game.

Your voice is the moat. Anyone can prompt a model. Nobody else has lived your life, talked to your customers, made your mistakes. That's the material. Everything else is decoration.

Strategy is the rare resource. Tools are cheap. Templates are free. What's actually scarce — and worth paying for — is a partner who tells you what to do next and why.

A real voice takes longer. If you want to ship 90 posts this month, we are not the product for you. If you want to be the person five thousand people recognise by their second sentence, we might be.

"Maria is not designed to replace your thinking.
She helps you sharpen it."

If you've ever stared at a blank LinkedIn composer and felt the resistance — we built this for you. If you've ever tried a generic AI tool and felt your voice quietly flatten — we built this for you. If you've been told personal branding is a content treadmill — we built this against that.

Maria is opening to the public soon. We're inviting the first thousand people carefully. We'd rather grow slowly with people who care about what they're building than fast with people who don't.

If that sounds like you — come build with us.
