The waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email and, if you give it, your first name, plus the page you joined from. We keep them in HubSpot, our email and contact provider, and use them only to tell you when your spot opens and to send the odd update about the launch. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we'll take you off the list. We keep waitlist details until you leave the list, or for [WAITLIST RETENTION] after launch if you don't create an account.
This website
The website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or ads. It keeps basic server logs to stay secure and working.
What we collect in the app
- Account details: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
- Your profile: positioning, goals, weekly hours and the social accounts you add.
- Your work: journal entries, chats with Maria, post ideas, drafts, plans, logged posts and results.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
Why we use it
To run the product you signed up for: plan your week, power Maria's suggestions, and show your progress. Our lawful basis is [LAWFUL BASIS].
How Maria handles your data
When you talk to Maria, we send the relevant parts of your data to our AI provider, [AI PROVIDER], to generate a reply. We trim each request to what it needs. Our agreement with them means your data is not used to train their models.
Who we share it with
